performance and wellbeing. We understand that wellness is mental and physical and for
that reason we aim to simultaneously enhance both for our members / community.

What if I've never run before?
We welcome everyone of all fitness abilities.
We have 3 pace groups at track club and runn club. Pace
groups are based on your average 1-kilometer pace across a 5- kilometre distance. Our pace
groups to choose from on the day are below.
